Easiest and Fast Way to Prepare Delicious Beep Bulgogi at Home - Information


There are many different ways which you could make Bulgogi at home. But it would be a key how to easily and simply prepare at home. Followings are one of these many recipes for Beef Bulgogi at home.
1.   Material Preparation
You would better buy the meat which any one among these buy Chuck Roll or Foreleg or Rear Leg. This is for 3 personnel which you could adjust referring to following principal seasoning ratio.
l  Meat  : 600 gr
l  Fresh Onion : 2 pieces
l  Carrot : 1/2 piece
l  Big Green Onion : 1 Piece
l  Mushroom : 3 ~5 pieces
2.   Seasoning Preparation
This is principal guidance how to prepare seasoning for delicious Bulgogi which you could change depend on individual hobby referring to this mixture ratio. Please stir all these seasoning materials uniformly at proper ware like small bowl. If you like sweet taste, you could appropriately add sugar.  
l  Soy Sause : 3 spoons
l  Chopped Garlic : 1.5 spoons
l  Starch Syrup : 1 spoons
l  Sesame powder : 2 spoons
l  Sesame Oil : 1 spoon
l  Chopped Green onion : 2 spoons
l  Chopped Apple : 1 spoon
3.   Ripen for about half an hour
As soon as ready for above article 1 and 2, you should uniformly mix seasoning to meat piece by piece. This sliced meat used to stick together. You have to separate these pieces and touch seasoning to every piece by hand. Please keep seasoned meat at ambient temperature for about half an hour for ripen as well as well soaking seasoning to meat. 
4.   Vegetable preparation
You could now prepare vegetables. Please slice onion 2 pieces and half piece carrot and one big green onion and mushroom. Please keep it ready for cooking which will be added when you cook.  
5.   Cooking
You could the meat with vegetables under cooking grill or pan. Please keep cooked Bulgogi as warm and take under warm condition as possible.    
6.   Final Process. 
You could prepare vegetable side dish lattice, crown daisy or any other vegetables which you fold with Bulgogi for upgrading taste. There is no limitation which vegetable at the recipe. Please add whichever or whatever you like or less or take out.
